Vegastars Account Rules for New Zealand Players

These terms are the agreement between you and Vegastars when you open and use an account from New Zealand. They follow the order in which you meet each rule, from registration to your first withdrawal. By creating an account you confirm that you have read and accepted them. Where a promotion carries its own conditions, those apply alongside these terms.

1. Opening an Account

Vegastars is for adults only, and you must be of legal age to gamble before you register. Registration typically involves four fields: your e-mail, a username of your choice, a password and your phone number. Every detail you give must be true, complete and your own, and you agree to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for any activity on your account.

2. Account Currency

New Zealand players can hold their account in NZD. Amounts in these terms are shown in New Zealand dollars.

3. Identity Verification

Every player has to confirm who they are, and no payout leaves your balance before that check is finished. We usually start the check when you request your first withdrawal. As a rule, you will be asked for an identity document and proof of address. We typically also ask you to show that the payment method you used is yours. Where applicable, we usually also check where your money comes from. If you do not provide what we ask for, we cannot pay out.

4. Deposits

The minimum deposit is NZ$20. You can deposit with Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller and Apple Pay, or with Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin.

5. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is NZ$20, and identity verification must be complete before any payout. Withdrawals usually return to the method you used to deposit.

  • Monthly ceiling: withdrawals are typically capped at NZ$50,000 per month.
  • Large wins: a large win is, as a rule, paid out in instalments.
  • Processing: payouts usually arrive within 1–3 days once approved.

6. Welcome Bonus

Your first deposit qualifies for a 100% match up to NZ$2,000 plus 50 free spins, with a minimum qualifying deposit of NZD 20. The following conditions apply while it is active:

  • Wagering: the bonus typically carries a 40x wagering requirement.
  • Free-spin winnings: winnings from free spins are usually wagered 40x as well.
  • Time limit: you typically have 5 days to complete the wagering.
  • Maximum bet: the stake per round is, as a rule, capped at NZ$25 while a bonus is active.

The welcome offer usually continues over three deposits: 100% on the first, 150% on the second and 200% on the third, each up to NZD 2,000, with 50, 50 and 25 free spins, for a total of up to NZD 6,000 plus 125 free spins.

7. Other Promotions

8. Fair Use of the Account

You agree to use your account only for your own personal play, with your own money and your own payment methods. You also agree not to let anyone else sign in, place bets or make payments on your behalf, and to tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.

9. Safer Play

You can usually set deposit limits on your account. Loss and wager limits are typically available too. A cool-off is usually on offer if you want a pause. 10. Questions and Complaints
